Quark cheese bundt cake

- 500 g soft fresh cheese, or quark cheese
- 4 eggs
- 8 tbs semolina
- 1/2 cup milk
- 150 g sugar.
- 1 1/2 (11 g) packet of dry yeast
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender or mixing bowl chop the cottage cheese with fork.
- Add eggs and beat at medium speed. Add the semolina, milk, sugar, yeast and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients until smooth and uniform.
- Pour the batter into the greased and lightly floured bundt cake mold, 20 cm in diameter. Bake in the oven at 190°C for about 30-35 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if the cake is done.
- Remove from oven and leave for 10 minutes to cool down. Invert the cake on a rack and let cool completely.
