Pupu-style Spareribs - healthy version
Ingredients
- 5 lbs spare ribs
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large ginger root crushed
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c catsup
- 1 tbsp worshteshire sauce
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c oyster sauce
