Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cups Plain Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Teaspoons Butter Flavored Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar, seal and shake until well blended. Stir if needed. Put in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning for breakfast. Stores up to 3 days.
