Pull-Apart Garlic Rolls
Ingredients
- 12 frzn white or possibly wheat dinner roll dough, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp garlic, finely minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan or possibly 10 inch angel food cake/tube pan.Cut thawed dinner rolls in half; place in a large bowl.
- Put together butter, parsley, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over rolls; toss to coat well.
- Arrange rolls in a greased pan. Cover; let rise in warm place till double in size (45 - 60 min).
- Bake for 25-30 min or possibly till golden.
- Cool 10 min; invert pan on cooling rack.
- Serve warm.
- 8 servings.
