  • Pull-Apart Garlic Rolls

    Ingredients

    • 12 frzn white or possibly wheat dinner roll dough, thawed
    • 1/3 c. butter, melted
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
    • 2 tbsp onion, finely minced
    • 1 tsp garlic, finely minced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan or possibly 10 inch angel food cake/tube pan.Cut thawed dinner rolls in half; place in a large bowl.
    2. Put together butter, parsley, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over rolls; toss to coat well.
    3. Arrange rolls in a greased pan. Cover; let rise in warm place till double in size (45 - 60 min).
    4. Bake for 25-30 min or possibly till golden.
    5. Cool 10 min; invert pan on cooling rack.
    6. Serve warm.
    7. 8 servings.
