  • Pudding And Sour Cream Fruit Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
    • 1 (16 ounce) can peach slices, liquid removed
    • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
    • 3 med. bananas, sliced
    • 2 med. apples, cored and minced with peelings on
    • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. pudding, vanilla INSTANT
    • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
    • 1/3 c. frzn orange juice, thawed (1/2 of 6 ounce can)
    • 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream

    Directions

    1. In large bow, put together fruits. Set aside. In small bowl put together pudding, lowfat milk, and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater till blended (1-2 min). Beat in lowfat sour cream. Mix in fruit mix. Cover and refrigerate. Serves 12 or possibly more.This can be pared the night before except do not add in the sliced bananas till just before serving to avoid discoloration.
