- 2 Bananas
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup of Oats
- 1/2 cup of Egg's whites
- 1 teaspoon of Baking powder

- pinch of Salt
- pinch of Cinnamon
Directions
- Put every ingredient in a blender and blend into a solid mass.
- Heat frying pan, spray some olive oil and form pancakes.
- Fry from both sides for several minutes till pancakes get brown color.
- Serve pancakes with banana and peanut butter.
