Power Pancakes
Whole Wheat and Vegan Ingredients
- 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder (non-aluminum)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, to taste
- pinch of REALSALT ™
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk, or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, grade B
Directions
- Add ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix batter. Cook on a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet or in waffle iron.
