Pork w/Mushroom Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 pork tenderloin strips or boneless loin chops (about 2 lbs.)
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t.pepper
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (1 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. half-and-half
Directions
- Cook pork in margarine in skillet over med. high heat about 10 min., turning once, until pork is done.
- Stir in onion; saute until soft.
- Stir in salt, pepper and mushrooms; cook over med. heat about 1 min. or until tender.
- Stir in half-and-half; cook 1 min. until slightly reduced.
- Serve sauce with pork.
