this is a very simple Marinade taste is really good and also works well on chicken (the other white meat lol)

Ingredients

½ c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. ginger
¼ c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp.mustard (dry)
2 tbsp. molasses 6 cloves garlic (chopped)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large Ziploc bag marinade meat over night
