Ingredients
1 lb fresh sauerkraut liquid removed well
1 x onion diced
1 can Italian-style stewed tomatoes - (11 ounce)
1/2 c. dark brown sugar - (packed)
3 lb country-style pork ribs cut individual sections
Sprinkle of celery seeds
Directions
In a crockpot layer all ingredients, with pork ribs bone-side up. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs, then 1 hour before serving turn to HIGH.
