    This is a regional Filipino delicacy served in most celebrations. It consists of pork and liver sauteed with bell peppers.

    Ingredients

    • 500 grams of pork, thinly sliced
    • 150 grams of liver, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp of vinegar
    • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup of crushed garlic
    • 2 tbsp of cooking oil
    • 2 tbsp of chopped garlic
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
    • 1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
    • 1/4 cup of green peas
    • 2 small packets of Maggi magic sarap
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns

    Directions

    1.
    Marinate pork and liver slices in combined vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat oil and saute chopped garlic, onion, and tomatoes until wilted. Stir in marinated meat and bring to a boil without stirring. Lower the heat and continue simmering until the pork is tender (for about 20 mins).

    Add bell peppers and green peas, then season with Maggi Magic Sarap and peppercorns. Serve hot.
