Ingredients

  • 6 (3 ounce.) pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in butter in skillet. Layer uncooked rice, dry soup mix and mushrooms in 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour warm water over rice. Arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle with green onions. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 min. Bake, uncovered, for 10 min longer.
