    Poori is a popular Indian recipe enjoyed by all. Enjoy this puffed fried bread sizzling hot with chutney or sabzi / Saagu of your choice. Poori  Ingredients Wheat Flour : 2 cups Maida-2tbsp Chiroti Rava/-2tbsp Salt, Water Oil Mix all ingredients with water and make a stiff dough. Make puris and deep fry them in hot oil. Serve pipping hot with saagu or chutney Aloo Simla Mirch Sabzi Poori Bhaaji / Poori SabziIngredients 2 large potatoes 1/2 cup onion finely chopped 1/2 cup Simla Mirch/ Capsicum chopped 5-6 green chillies chopped 1 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp chana dal 1/2 tsp urad dal 1/2 tsp cumin/jeera Hing-pinch 3-4 curry leaves A pinch turmeric Oil- 1 tsp Salt-for taste Raw Mango shreds-few Coriander leaves-few coconut-1/4 cup Method: Cook the potatoes in pressure cooker, peel and mash them. Heat oil and add mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal, When they start popping, add curry leaves, hing, green chillies, onion. Fry for few minutes. Add turmeric, salt and potatoes.
