Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Grease bottom and sides of a 9" square pan. Press crumb mix in pan: graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and Large eggs and mix well. Put this on top of crust. Bake 20 min. Remove from oven. Let stand till completely cooled, about 1 1/2 hrs.
  3. Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on cheese cake and put in oven for 10 min. Remove and cold. Chill.
