Ingredients

  • 4 (7 ounce.) pcs fresh salmon filets
  • 2 tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. fish stock
  • 1 jar Cactus Relish

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fish and flour lightly. Saute/fry in some fish stock and let boil. Add in cream. Adjust seasoning and put a Tbsp. of Cactus Relish on top of salmon.
