  • Plum Sauce Kangaroo Stir Fry With Sesame Noodles

    Ingredients

    • 400 gm kangaroo topside cut into thin slices or possibly strips
    • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 bn bok choy cut into 2 cm lengths
    • 1 lrg red capsicum cut into 2 cm squares
    •     mix together in a bowl
    • 1 x minced clv garlic
    • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
    •     chilli sauce to taste
    • 2 x table spoon plum savoury sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
    • 250 gm hookein noodles
    • 3 x spring onions, finely minced including tops
    • 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. Cook noodles, toss through remaining ingredients Pour boiling water over bok choy and capsicum, stand for 2 min then drain. Keep hot
    2. Preheat wok. Pour in oil, stir-fry kangaroo for 1-2 minutes. Remove onto a hot plate Add in bok choy, capsicum and a little oil (if needed) to wok, stir-fry for 1 minutes.
    3. Return kangaroo and vegetables, pour in sauce, stir-fry till sauce boils.
    4. Serve with noodles.
