Plum Sauce Kangaroo Stir Fry With Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
- 400 gm kangaroo topside cut into thin slices or possibly strips
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 bn bok choy cut into 2 cm lengths
- 1 lrg red capsicum cut into 2 cm squares
- mix together in a bowl
- 1 x minced clv garlic
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- chilli sauce to taste
- 2 x table spoon plum savoury sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 250 gm hookein noodles
- 3 x spring onions, finely minced including tops
- 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Cook noodles, toss through remaining ingredients Pour boiling water over bok choy and capsicum, stand for 2 min then drain. Keep hot
- Preheat wok. Pour in oil, stir-fry kangaroo for 1-2 minutes. Remove onto a hot plate Add in bok choy, capsicum and a little oil (if needed) to wok, stir-fry for 1 minutes.
- Return kangaroo and vegetables, pour in sauce, stir-fry till sauce boils.
- Serve with noodles.
