Pizza Dips
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk breakfast sausage
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon mixed Italian dry herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 - 1/2 c. ice water
- Warm pizza dipping sauce (recipe follows)
- sliced tomatoes & celery sticks
- Mint leaves for garnish
Directions
- Savory, pizza flavored snacks are first formed into little balls, baked crisp, then served with a warm pizza flavored sauce as a dip. You can prepare the Pizza Dips ahead and reheat them before serving.
