this is a quick and easy snack or lunch for children and adults. kids loves these.

Ingredients

  • pita bread
  • pizza sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • sliced mushrooms(fresh or caned)
  • onions (diced)
  • ground beef, cooked chicken, pepperoni, just about any meats that has been cooked.
  • use your imagination for the ingredients.

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. take one pita bread and top with pizza sauce.
  3. then add about 1/8 cup cheese
  4. top with mushrooms, onions, and what ever meat and or vegetables you would like.
  5. cook for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
