Pinoy Pork Barbecue On Grill

- 1 kilo pork (lean meat or liempo) : sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 5 pcs calamansi
Directions
- Marinade pork with calamansi and soy sauce for 1-2 hours (some like it overnight).
- Skewer each pork slices until skewer is filled.
- Grill each piece side by side in a charcoal grill.
- Turn the skewer 3minutes after to cook the other side.
- Cook until pork is well grilled on each sides.
- Serve with steamed rice and tomatoes.
