Pink and Sour Salmon

This recipe was shared to me by a good friend. It's very simple to make. There's no measurement to the ingredients, just add a little bit of this and a little bit of that. My family loves it and I hope you'll like it too! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Sliced Pink Salmon or Pink Salmon Belly
  • Tamarind powder (Sinigang Mix)
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Drizzle olive oil over Pink Salmon. Not too much, just an ample amount to coat the fish meat.
  2. Sprinkle Tamarind powder (Sinigang Mix) all over the Pink Salmon. Set aside and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Set frying pan over low-medium heat. Put butter and olive oil. Once it is ready, place the salmon in the pan. Fry until all sides are slightly golden brown.
