• Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Easy)

    • 1 box Duncan Hines Pineapple Upside Down
    •     Cake mix or possibly any brand yellow cake mix
    • 1 can crushed pineapple (Dole's large can)
    • 3 env Butter buds liquid
    •     egg substitute
    •     applesauce
    •     light brown sugar


    1. Preheat oven to appropriate temperature according to cake mix instructions.
    2. Lightly spray pan with cooking spray.
    3. Open can of crushed pineapple and drain as much liquid off as possible.
    4. Dump liquid removed pineapple into pan, distributing proportionately on bottom of pan.
    5. Open 2 ENVELOPES of Liquid Butter Buds and sprinkle generously all over the crushed pineapple.
    6. Crumble/sprinkle brown sugar proportionately and generously all over the pineapple dry butter buds.
    7. Prepare the cake mix according to instructions with the following substitutions:Use egg substitute equivalent to the number of Large eggs used.
    8. Use applesauce equivalent to the amount of oil.
    9. Add in 1 envelope of the dry Liquid Butter Buds to the cake mix.
    10. Cook according to package instructions:cold and flip carefully and voila!!
    11. Easy and the butter buds gives it which buttery flavor with out the GREASE!!
