PINEAPPLE-CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients
- 2 cups white-meat chicken tenders, cooked and cubed
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
Directions
- 1. In large bowl combine chicken, pineapple, celery and red pepper; mix well.
- 2. In medium bowl mix mayo and mustard.
- 3. Mix with chicken mixture.
