Pineapple Barbecued Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. lean pork ribs
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops warm sauce
Directions
- Cut ribs into serving size pcs. Place meat side up in a roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min. Remove from oven, drain. Combine remaining ingredients and heat well. Pour over ribs. Bake 25 min longer or possibly till tender, basting often.
