pico de gallo with a kick
nice salsa style mix Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 or 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1tbs olive oil
- little splash of white vineger
- couple of basil leaves,chopped
- 1/2 stick of rosemary.chopped
- 1 tbs of suger,brown or white
Directions
- coarsley dive up all ingredients
- throw in a bowl
- let sit in refrig for a 1'2 an hour
- serve as a dip or on top of rice,couscous,or i found on small garlic bread wedges
