Pickled Beets And Onion Rings
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter (can substitute with extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 (1 lb.) jar sliced pickled beets, liquid removed
- 1 c. onion slices, separated into rings
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Directions
- Heat butter in skillet; add in beets and onion rings. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till warm and onions are tender, about 15 min.
