Pete's Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 lb Grnd meat
- 4 slc Any bread, soaked in lowfat milk (sometimes I use saltine crackers)
- 8 lrg Carrots, grated
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 x Green bell pepper, minced (optional)
- Salt, coarse black pepper, celery salt to taste
- 2 c. Catsup
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for meat loaf and bake at 350 deg. for one hour. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf during last 20 min of baking.
- Serve with additional sauce.
