- Persimmon 1 pc
- Tofu with White Sesami 1pc
- Shirataki 1 / 2 pack
- Appropriate amount of soy sauce
- Salt (if you like)
- Mirin or sweet rice wine (if you like)
Directions
- 1ãBoil shirataki and cut appropriately
- 2 Give taste to shirataki with soy sauce and mirin.
- 3 Drain off tofu with paper towel.
- 4 Cut ersimmon into sticks.
- 5 Bray tofu in a mortar, taste with salt, mirin, and a little soy sauce.
