    Restaurant dish that you can easily cook at home.

    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp oil
    • cooked rice
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1⁄2 kg lean beef, sliced thinly, marinated in 1 pc. Knorr Beef Cubes, mashed in 2 tbsp oil 3-4 tbsp sweet corn kernels
    • freshly cracked black pepper, as needed
    • 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
    • For the sauce:
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1⁄2 pc onion, minced
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 3 tbsp brown sugar or honey
    • 3 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
    • 2 tsp cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup water

    Directions

    1. Place oiled cast iron skillet over high heat. Once it’s smoking hot, place cooked rice at its center. Turn off heat.
    2. Top the rice with butter. Place beef slices around the rice and top it with corn kernels and spring onions. Season with black pepper.
    3. In a pot, combine all ingredients of the sauce, bring to boil then simmer until thick. Pour over the rice and beef slices.
    4. Tip: If cast iron skillet is not available, saute the beef slices in a heated and oiled pan for a minute, then serve with rice on a plate
    5. and add the rest of the ingredients.
