- Coriander
- Pepper
- Lemon
- Fennel
- Corn Flour
- Cumin
- Roasted Gram (Pottu Kadalai)
- Cashew Nuts
- Onion Rings
- Ginger Garlic Paste
Directions
- Roast and Grind these items Coriander, Pepper, Cumin, Roasted-Gram, Fennel
- Take a vessel and add Ginger Garlic paste, Salt and Lemon juice. Add Mudroom and Mix well.
- Add the Powdered items and Mix well
- Add corn Flour and Onion rings and Mix well. If necessary add few drop of water.
- Deep Fry the mixture in hot oil and add curry leaves and cashew-nuts
- Serve Hot.
