Pecan Tea Tassies From My Granny Ruby
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 c. butter softened
- 2 c. flour Filling
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter softened
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Mix together ingredients. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Form pastry in to small balls and press a ball of pastry in to each c. of a miniature muffin tin, bring dough up around sides.
- Preheat oven to 350. Cream together Large eggs, butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Fill prepared muffin tin c. 3/4 full. Bake 25 to 30 min. Let cold 5 min.
- Makes 3 dozen.
