Pecan Tassies (Mini Pecan Pies)
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
Directions
- Pastry: Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Mix all ingredients to a creamy texture and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Then separate dough into balls (approximately 24) and press into greased muffin tins.
- Filling: Mix all ingredients. Pour into dough filled muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
