HERE IS A GLUTEN FREE LOAF USING ORGANIC EXTRA FIRM TOFU, ORGANIC MUSHROOMS AND NUTS.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP. ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
  • 8 CLOVES ORGANIC GARLIC, PRESSED
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SWEET VIDALIA ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 10 ORGANIC MUSHROOMS, SLICED
  • PUT ABOVE IN SAUTE' PAN
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC PECANS, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC ALMONDS, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SESAME SEED
  • 1/4 CUP BROWN RICE FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP. ARROWROOT POWDER
  • 3 TBSP. BRAGG NUTRITIONAL YEAST SEASONING
  • 1 TSP. SALT
  • 1/2 TSP. DRY ORGANIC BASIL, GROUND
  • 1/2 TSP. DRY ORGANIC OREGANO, GROUND
  • 1/2 TSP. DRY ORGANIC SAGE, GROUND
  • 4 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER
  • PUT ABOVE IN NINJA BOWL
  • 1 - 16 OZ. FIRM ORGANIC TOFU, SLICED

Directions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES,
  2. PUT THE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS IN SAUTE' PAN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT SO AS NOT TO BROWN.
  3. PUT THE NUTS DOWN THROUGH SEASONINGS IN NINJA BOWL AND ADD THE SAUTEED' VEGGIES AND PEANUT BUTTER.
  4. ADD SLICED TOFU TO THE NINJA BOWL.
  5. TURN ON NINJA TO BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS.
  6. PUT BLENDED INGREDIENTS IN OILED LOAF PAN AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES.
  7. NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO USE THIS MIXTURE TO MAKE PATTIES OR BALLS, BAKED OR PAN FRIED.
