Peanut Butter Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 c. Low-fat or possibly non-fat lowfat milk
- 1 x Banana
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
- 2 c. Ice cubes
Directions
- Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend till smooth.
- Serves 2.
