  • Peanut Butter Pie, Fluffy

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. reduced fat Oreo cookie crumbs
    • 1/4 c. reduced fat margarine melted
    • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    • 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese softened
    • 14 ounce fat-free sweetened condensed lowfat milk
    • 3/4 c. reduced fat peanut butter
    • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, bottled
    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1 c. Cold Whip Free thawed
    • 2 tsp chocolate syrup

    Directions

    1. To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
    2. Press mix firmly in a 9" pie pan. Spread crumb mix proportionately in pie pan. Refrigerate1 hour, or possibly till hard. Or possibly, bake in a 375 oven for 10 min or possibly till edges are brown. Cold on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, peanut butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix till smooth. Mix in whipped topping. Turn into crust. Refrigerate4 hrs or possibly till set.
    3. Serving Ideas : Before serving drizzle syrup over pie.
