    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. baking power
    • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup butter, softened
    • 1/2 mini chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup peanut butter
    • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

    Directions

    1. Cake: Beat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add milk, peanut butter, eggs and butter. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
    2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
    3. Topping: Beat flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, and mini chocolate chips. Sprinkle over the cake mixture.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
    5. Cool completely.
    6. Spread cool whip over the cake
    7. Decorate and refrigerate overnight.
