Peanut Butter And Fudge Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x graham cracker crust
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
- 1/2 c. cashews minced
- 6 ounce chocolate fudge topping
Directions
- Mix Peanut butter and Honey. Stir mix into softened ice cream.
- Spoon half of ice cream mix into Crust. Sprinkle with half of minced cashews. Drizzle 4 ounce. fudge sauce over cashews. Spoon remaining ice cream mix into pie shell. Sprinkle with the remaining cashews. Drizzle 2 ounce fudge sauce over cashews. Freeze overnight before serving. Garnish with Cold Whip and additional fudge sauce if you like..
