Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can sliced peaches
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. juice from peaches
  • 1 lg. box vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter

Directions

  1. Heat butter in 9x13x2 inch pan. Combine flour, 3/4 c. sugar, lowfat milk, peach juice, vanilla pudding, vanilla and egg. Mix with electric mixer for 2 min. Add in this mix to melted butter in pan. Drop sliced peaches on top of mix.
  2. With mixer, cream the cream cheese, add in 1 c. sugar and mix well. Drop this mix by Tbsp. on top of cobbler. Bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
