Peach Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 c. Peeled, pitted and coarsely minced frsh peaches
- 3/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. Sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Amaretto
Directions
- In a blender or possibly food processor, puree the peaches. Add in the remaining ingredients, pulse to combine, and chill till very cool. Place the mix in an ice crem machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
