Peach Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (21 oz.) peach pie filling
- 1 (12 oz.) cool whip, divided
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, vanilla pudding and 4 oz. of cool whip.
- Spread over the crust.
- Spread peach pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
- Topping: Spread remaining cool whip over the peach pie filling layer.
- Decorate.
