Peach Cobbler Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 large can of sliced peaches, drain and reserve juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt margarine in 9x9 pan in oven. Place peaches in pan. ix together sugar, flour milk and baking powder. Pour batter mixture overtop the peaches. Add some peach juice if you like ontop of the batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
