  • Peach Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Orange or possibly Lemon Cake Mix
    • 1 can (21 ounce) Peach Pie Filling
    • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream, (Cultured)
    • 2 lrg Large eggs
    • 1 pkt (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Softened
    • 1 pkt 3 1/2 ounce Instant Vanilla Pudding
    • 1 can (16 Ounce) Crushed Pineapple, Don't Drain
    • 1 ctn (8 Ounce) Whipped Topping

    Directions

    1. With fork (don't use spoon), mix together the cake mix, pie filling and Large eggs. Add in lowfat sour cream. Spoon into a 10X14-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
    2. Cold completely.
    3. Mix together cream cheese, instant pudding, crushed pineapple, with juice, and fold into the whipped topping. Spread on cold cake. Chill till ready to serve.
    4. NOTES : This is a very good cake and keeps well, but must be refrigerated.
    5. Issue.
