Peach Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Fresh peaches peeled 1/2 c. Unsweetened applesauce 1 Tbsp. Apple Juice, Frzn Concentrate thawed 1 Tbsp. Molasses 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Grnd cardamom

1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 c. Rolled oats 1 1/2 c. Whole Wheat Bread Flour 2 tsp Active dry yeast 1/2 c. Minced dry peaches

Directions

1. You can substitute one 16-oz can sliced peaches for the fresh peaches and applesauce.
2. Put all ingredients into the baking pan of your bread machine and start.
