Pasta with tomatoes and ricotta

- 150g penne
- 2 eggs
- 100g ricotta
- 100g black olives without kernels
- 3 tomatoes
- 50 g parmesan
- 2 tablespooon milk
- 1 tablespoon with butter
- parsley
- salt
Directions
- 1.In a bowl beat the eggs with milk,a little salt and ricotta.
- 2.Boil the pasta.
- 3.Soak the tomatoes,peel them,and cut them in cubes.
- 4.Melt the butter,and,add tomatoes.
- 5.Put the olives and the chilled pasta.
- 6.Mix a little,then,pour the composition,on the eggs and ricotta.
- 7.Let on the fire 5 minutes.
- 8.Serve with grated parmesan and parsley on top.
