Pasta With Chicken, Roasted Red Peppers And Feta
Ingredients
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil divided
- 1 jar roasted red peppers - (12 ounce) liquid removed, and
- minced fine
- 1 pkt Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled
- Chicken Breast Strips - (6 ounce)
- 8 ounce farfalle (small bow tie pasta)
- 2 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce ea)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
- Cook and stir garlic in 2 Tbsp. of the oil on medium heat 3 min. Add in roasted red peppers, chicken breast strips and remaining 2 Tbsp. oil. Cook 2 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss vegetable mix with warm pasta and feta cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Great Substitutes: Substitute 2 pkgs. (4-ounce each) of your favorite Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese.
