    Ingredients

    • 1 POUND ORGANIC ROTINI OR BOW TIE PASTA
    • 1/3 CUP ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
    • 1/4 CUP ORGANIC BUTTER
    • 2 CUBES FROZEN BASIL PESTO
    • 1 CLOVE ORGANIC GARLIC, PRESSED OR CHOPPED
    • 2 SMALL ORGANIC ZUCCHINI, QUARTERED AND SLICED
    • 1 SWEET ORGANIC ONION, CHOPPED
    • 1 ORGANIC TOMATO, CHOPPED
    • 1 (8 OUNCE) PKG. ORGANIC MUSHROOMS, SLICED AND CHOPPED FINE
    • 1 TABLESPOON DRIED ORGANIC OREGANO
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC PAPRIKA
    • 2 TEASPOONS ORGANIC SALT

    Directions

    1. BRING A LARGE POT OF WATER TO BOIL, ADD PASTA AND COOK FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES, DRAIN AND RINSE.
    2. IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MELT THE BUTTER, PESTO CUBES WITH THE OLIVE OIL AND SAUTE' THE GARLIC, ZUCCHINI, ONION, TOMATO, MUSHROOMS, OREGANO, PAPRIKA AND SALT FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
    3. COMBINE THE PASTA AND SAUTEED' VEGETABLES AND TOSS.
    4. ADD TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE AS FOLLOWS AS DESIRED: (RECIPE CAN BE HALVED) GOES WITH BAKED VEGGIE PATTIES IF FULL RECIPE IS MADE!
    5. 32 OZ. CONTAINER OF IMAGE ORGANIC GARDEN TOMATO CREAMY SOUP
    6. 2/3 OUNCE WINN DIXIE CHILI SAUCE
    7. 1 OUNCE GRAPE JELLY
