    Ingredients

    • 250 grams of Penne pasta (uncooked)
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 pc onion, chopped
    • 1 pc bell pepper, roasted, deseeded and sliced
    • 1 cup of spiced ham, sliced
    • 4 pcs of Vienna sausage, sliced into 3
    • 1 cup of button mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 cups of Spaghetti Sauce (UFC sweet filipino style)
    • 1/4 cup of cheese spread
    • 1/4 cup of chicken stock
    • 1 tbsp of fresh basil, chopped
    • 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
    • salt

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta in water with oil and salt until al dente. Set aside.
    2. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add spiced ham, Vienna sausage, button mushrooms, and bell pepper.
    3. Add spaghetti sauce, cheese spread, and chicken stock. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
    4. Add basil then toss pasta in. Top with cheddar cheese and serve.
