Pasta Kampeon
Ingredients
- 250 grams of Penne pasta (uncooked)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 1 pc bell pepper, roasted, deseeded and sliced
- 1 cup of spiced ham, sliced
- 4 pcs of Vienna sausage, sliced into 3
- 1 cup of button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups of Spaghetti Sauce (UFC sweet filipino style)
- 1/4 cup of cheese spread
- 1/4 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
- salt
Directions
- Cook pasta in water with oil and salt until al dente. Set aside.
- Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add spiced ham, Vienna sausage, button mushrooms, and bell pepper.
- Add spaghetti sauce, cheese spread, and chicken stock. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add basil then toss pasta in. Top with cheddar cheese and serve.
