Pasta Carbonara

- ½ lb. spaghetti
- ¼ lb. ham, julienned
- ¾ cup Alfredo sauce
- ¾ cup onion, diced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs. oil
- ½ tsp. black pepper, ground
- ½ tsp. salt
Directions
- Put the spaghetti, oil, and salt in five cups of water and cook with 950 watts for twelve minutes.
- Cook the onions for two minutes, covered, at 950 watts.
- Mix the onions, ham, and Alfredo sauce together, and cook, covered, at 950 watts for four minutes.
- Beat the egg, mix with the pepper, then stir this into the sauce mixture. Let stand for a minute.
- Strain the spaghetti, then toss with the sauce mixture and Parmesan cheese.
