parmesan and panko crusted pork
Juicy alternative to porkchops Ingredients
- 2 pork cube steak
- 1 egg
- 1c panko
- 1/4c parmesan
- garlic powder
- sazon
Directions
- Beat egg in a bowl
- mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder and sazon on a disposable plate.
- preheat your fryer .
- thoroughly coat pork one at a time in egg, make sure to shake off excess.
- place in panko mixture and evenly coat it
- once fryer is ready place pork in and cook for 5 - 15 mins or until browned well.
- serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
