Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Much healthier then fried and just as delicious! Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut off and throw away wing tip, cut the remaining wings in 2 parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour until well done and caramelized.
- If chicken starts to burn reduce heat.
