Ingredients

  • 2 lb loaf Velveeta cheese
  • 2 can chili without beans
  • 2 env dry chili seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. dry red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1/2 bot Tobasco sauce
  •     water

Directions

  1. Heat 2 c. water in Dutch oven. Cut Velveeta into 1in squares and heat over medium heat stirring constantly. Add in more water if too thick. Stir in chili without beans. Stir in dry ingredients. Add in Tobasco sauce. Serve hot over nachos, tortilla chips, or possibly dip with Fritos.
